Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: You can return items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

  3. Exclusions: Certain items such as sale items, custom-made products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are non-returnable. Please check the product details for specific return information before making your purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, visit our Returns Center [link to Returns Center] and enter your order number and email address. Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Print Your Return Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a printable return label. Please print this label and attach it to the return package.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging and ensure that all old labels or stickers are removed or covered.

  4. Ship It Back to Us: Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier’s location. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Shopping with Venus unless the item is defective or if there was a shipping error on our part.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-12 business days.

  2. Shipping Costs: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Faulty or Damaged Items
